The Practicalities of Conference
Enquiry Handling
" I found the course very useful, it has made me ask more
questions and understand the needs of the client. I enjoyed the
relaxed environment and it was a manageable amount to take in.
Overall it was very relevant to the workplace and I felt motivated
after the course.”
