A successful event is normally judged on how many delegates have registered and actually attended your event.  Much of what makes delegates attend events today, in what has become a very competitive market as people are short of time nowadays, is how varied your event is and how interesting your programme is.

 

The following topics will be included in the course:

  • making dynamic pre-event marketing initiatives including 'drip' e-mail initiatives
  • using 'welcome' and post event follow-up campaigns
  • what to include on your websites - new trends in the industry
  • how to gain sponsorship and give real ROI packages
  • why exhibitions are so important and how they add value to your event
  • bring it all together to produce a successful event
  • post event communications and marketing with delegates and suppliers
