The importance of event insurance, legal obligations such as terms and conditions of suppliers and how they can influence the event budget are becoming more relevant in today's industry.  We now have to consider matters relating to climate change, corporate social responsibility, environmental policy and eco business.  This all has direct impact on the way our event needs to be managed.

  • Terms and Conditions of contract and what they really mean
  • How to negotiate with suppliers when it comes to terms and conditions
  • What is coroprate social responsibility and how will that influence our choice
  • Suppliers and why we need to match our business ethos
  • Environmental policies and why these are so important
  • How can we use these elements to improve our marketability
  • Budgeting an event to cover all potential eventualities
